Chaise Guest House, Sunderland

This Victorian, family-run guest house offers an excellent view of the sea, and is well-known for providing guests with delicious breakfasts and dinners.

Chaise Guest House enjoys an ideal location right on the seafront at Roker. The city centre, Sunderland University, Empire Theatre, Tennis Puma tennis centre, Crowtree Leisure Centre and Sunderland football stadium are all easily accessible. The value-for-money guest house is situated 30 minutes away from the Beamish Museum and one of Europe’s largest shopping centres, MetroCentre. In fine weather, you can take a pleasant stroll along the promenade before returning to the comfort of your room. Catering for just 12 rooms, staff are always on hand to provide an excellent level of personalised hospitality.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 10.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
